VGAM Biosciences Inc. fulfills all orders placed through this website. Orders are processed within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 business days depending on the destination. These estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, extreme weather, or exceptional circumstances such as public health alerts. We appreciate your understanding in such cases, which are outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Times (after order confirmation):

Quebec (excluding Northern Quebec): 2–3 business days
Other Canadian Provinces: 3–10 business days
Northern Quebec & Canadian Territories: 14–21 business days
United States: 7–10 business days
International: 3–14 business days

SHIPPING FEES

Flat-rate shipping applies to all orders shipped within Canada and the U.S. (to a single mailing address).

Free shipping thresholds:

Canada: Free for orders over $125 CAD (after discounts, before taxes)
United States: Free for orders over $175 CAD (after discounts, before taxes)

Shipping Fees for Orders Below These Thresholds:

Canadian Provinces (excluding Northern Quebec): $12 CAD (before taxes)
United States, Northern Quebec & Canadian Territories: $17 CAD (before taxes) approx. 12 USD

International Orders:

We now ship to Europe - flat fee is 25 CAD.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MISSING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately, including apartment/unit numbers.
Address corrections requested after your order is placed are subject to a $20 CAD administrative fee, charged to us by our shipping provider.

DAMAGES

VGAM Biosciences Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Also, contact us via hello@vgambiome.ca.

RETURNS

Our formulations are carefully crafted to support skin health. If you have allergies, please review the full ingredient list before ordering.

In the rare event of a negative skin reaction, refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase. A product evaluation form must be completed prior to any refund. Contact us: hello@vgambiome.ca

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and cover the product price, minus a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs (plus taxes if applicable). Credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on your bank.
